"For the first few years we had them, they were honest, competent, and a really good insurance company. I hit a deer in my old car, reported it to them and they said they wouldnt cover it because no one owned the deer. Then we got a newer car and insured it with full coverage and thats when the nightmare started. They screwed up when we set the policy up, charged us lower than they should have and implied it was our fault for the screw up and started adding it to all of our bills. We were late in January, but paid it at the end of the month. Instead of correcting their screw up, theyve been adding an extra $200 to the bills. I called in February to pay its bill and they said it was caught up, but marches bill was $401, its supposed to be $201. Went in today to pay on the bill and asked why its so high, turns out they're ripping people off now. Instead of a late fee they just keep adding the bills together and everytime you pay a touch late its added up for the next month. So I paid $200 out of the remaining $300, get out to my car and find out they charged me $500. I wouldnt recommend this insurance to a fly, will definitely be finding a new insurance company. An honest and competent one"
